Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website operated by MP Digital Solutions ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. Services
MP Digital Solutions provides website design, development, and digital marketing services. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate service agreement or statement of work between the client and MP Digital Solutions.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MP Digital Solutions and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MP Digital Solutions.
4. Client Content
You may provide us with text, images, videos, or other content for use in the services we provide to you ("Client Content"). You retain all of your ownership rights in your Client Content.
By providing Client Content to us, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to use and authorize us to use the Client Content;
- The Client Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person or entity;
- The Client Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Payment
Some of our services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it.
